Training Locations
We make use of two different gym halls within the Feel Fit Center in Zierikzee.
Which hall we use depends on the day and time — we regularly switch between them.
Hall 1 – Trampolines & Foam Pit
In hall 1 you will find:
- A large foam pit
- Large trampolines
- Bars for swinging from one to another
- Stackable mats and elevated platforms
Foam Pit & Trampolines
The foam pit is ideal for learning the basics of flips.
Because you land in soft foam blocks, participants can practice:
- Forward and backward flips
- Orientation in the air
- Take-off and rotation
This is where participants get used to being upside down and completing rotations.
Height & Control
Using mats and elevated setups, we train:
- Jumps from higher platforms
- Controlled landings
- Shoulder rolls from height
This helps build confidence and control in movement.
Hall 2 – Wooden Freerunning Parkour
Hall 2 features a specially built wooden freerunning parkour — designed specifically for freerunning.
This setup includes:
- Towers up to around 2 meters high
- Bars
- Low walls
- Precision blocks
Here, participants train movements that closely resemble outdoor freerunning, but in a controlled indoor environment.
This is the place for:
- Vaults over walls
- Precision jumps between blocks
- Combining different techniques
- Creating and running movement lines
The Gym Floor – The Foundation
Both halls are equipped with a spring-supported gym floor.
This floor:
- Contains springs that assist with jumping
- Is softer than a hard surface
- Makes it easier to practice movement with control
On this floor, we train:
- The basics of landing
- Shoulder rolls
- “Sticking” a landing (landing and staying stable)
- Vaults using large foam blocks as obstacles
This is where techniques are refined before moving on to more complex setups.
